When mailing items for repair, please email us before sending your product. Please include a description of the problem and desired programming if applicable, and your return shipping address and e-mail or phone number inside the package. Please send all returns or repairs of MicroTrak products to the Napa address, and all other products or any other correspondence to the Chandler address.
We want you to be happy with your Byonics purchase.
If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund.
If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order) you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
You may not return kits that you have already assembled for a refund, but if you have a problem with a kit you have assembled, please contact us for assistance in repairing it yourself, or instructions to return it to us for repair.
